Copper Nickel 90/10 Tube

90/10 Copper Nickel Tube are generally employed on Ships, power plants, hydraulic lines, and offshore fire water systems. Its chemical formula is Nickel 10.5, Iron 1.5, Manganese 0.75, and Copper the rest. 90/10 copper nickel tubing is widely used in industrial and architectural applications due to its excellent ductility and hardness. Cu-Ni 90/10 Tube has an ultimate tensile strength of 300 – 310 N/mm2. 90/10 CU NI Tube has a 0.2% Proof Strength of 105 N/mm2. 90/10 copper nickel has an elongation percentage of 30.

Cupro Nickel 90 / 10 Seamless Tube provides exceptional resistance to erosion and stress corrosion, as well as biofouling in brackish and seawater. Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Tube (UNS C70600) has excellent welding and manufacturing qualities as well.

We offer a comprehensive range of DIN 2.0872 welded tubing in various schedules, allowing for precise system design and efficient fluid flow.

Cupro nickel 90/10 tube is also used in desalination units, aquaculture fish cages, sea water pipe-work, and condensers and heat exchangers. The antibacterial characteristics of Cu-Ni 90 / 10 Square Tube are exceptional. It can destroy a wide variety of bacteria in a matter of hours, including influenza A (H1N1), Clostridium difficile, E. coli, and MRSA. We are the oldest and most experienced 90/10 Copper Nickel Tube Suppliers in Mumbai, India.
